When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Only Natural Gemstones reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Only Natural Gemstones confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Order cancellations after an order is accepted are subject to the cancellation windows and fees set out in our Cancellation Policy. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

C.) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Only Natural Gemstones's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Only Natural Gemstones reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Website or Services (or any part thereof), with or without notice. You agree that Only Natural Gemstones shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Website or Services.

21. Disputes and Applicable Law

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Website or the Services shall be governed by the laws of India. By using this Website, you unconditionally agree that any such dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.

We may control the defense and settlement of any such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but we will not settle any claim requiring a non-monetary obligation from you without your consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. You agree to cooperate with us in the defense of any indemnified claim, including by providing relevant documents and information as reasonably requested.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any ambiguity in the interpretation of this Agreement shall not be construed against Only Natural Gemstones as the drafting party.

If any provision of this Agreement is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

You may not delegate, transfer, or assign this Agreement, or any of your rights or obligations under it, without our prior written consent, and any such attempt will be void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate this Agreement and our rights and obligations without your consent or notice to you.
